Store API

Get Store configuration

This operation returns the Store configuration. In v1.8.0-rc.1 builds, dbFile names the active SQLite database. file remains the legacy JSON filename used for the one-time upgrade import, not the active persistence file. See Storage for backup and downgrade instructions.
